About the Word Hunt Game
The Word Hunt Game is a free, independent site for people who love the Word Hunt word game and want to play it anywhere, on any device.
Word Hunt is best known as one of the games in GamePigeon, the iMessage game pack by Vitalii Zlotskii. It is a wonderful format — trace letters, race the clock, chase long words — but it only runs inside iMessage on Apple devices. We built this site so anyone can play: a new set of daily boards in four shapes, an unlimited mode that generates a fresh board whenever you want one, and an archive so no board is ever out of reach.
Everything here runs without an account. There is nothing to install and no wall between you and the next board. Your scores, streak, and best results live in your own browser; signing in is optional and only syncs your progress across devices and puts you on the daily leaderboard.

"Word Hunt" is used here only to describe the style of game. All boards on this site are generated by our own software from a common-English word list; they are not copied from any other app. If you enjoy Word Hunt and have an Apple device, please support the original in GamePigeon too.
